Neighborhood Consultation

A one-on-one session with Henos Adhana to help you understand Seattle, the Eastside, and north-end neighborhoods before you buy.

Deciding where to live is often harder than deciding what to buy. A Neighborhood Consultation is a focused conversation about the parts of the Seattle area that fit your commute, budget, and daily routine, so you can narrow your search before you ever tour a home.

This is not a sales pitch. It is a working session where you describe how you want your days to feel, and I share what I know about the neighborhoods that could deliver that, from Ballard and Green Lake to Queen Anne, the Eastside, and the north-end suburbs.

You leave with a shorter, clearer list of areas worth your time, and a realistic sense of the trade-offs between them.

What we cover

We start with your priorities: how long a commute you can live with, whether you want walkability or a quieter street, how much yard or space you need, and what your budget realistically supports across different areas.

From there we talk through specific neighborhoods, comparing the character, housing stock, and daily conveniences of each. The goal is to help you identify the best Seattle neighborhoods for your situation rather than the ones that simply get the most attention online.

Who this is for

This session is built for people who are still weighing their options. You might be relocating to the Seattle area, moving across town, or deciding between a condo near the city and a house farther out on the Eastside or in the north-end suburbs.

If you already know exactly where you want to be, you may not need this step. If you are staring at a map and feeling stuck, this is where to start.

How the consultation works

We can meet in person or over a video call, whichever is easier for you. Bring your questions, your must-haves, and your uncertainties, and we will work through them together.

Afterward, you will have a clearer picture of which neighborhoods to explore first and why. When you are ready to see homes, that groundwork makes every tour more productive.

Common questions

Do I have to be ready to buy to book a consultation?

No. Many people book this early, while they are still deciding where and whether to move. There is no expectation that you buy right away.

Which areas do you cover?

Seattle proper, the Eastside, and the north-end suburbs. If you are considering a neighborhood I do not know well, I will tell you honestly.

Can we meet remotely?

Yes. Consultations can happen in person or by video call, which works well if you are relocating from out of the area.

What should I bring or prepare?

Come with your commute needs, your budget range, and a sense of how you want to spend your days. Even rough answers give us plenty to work with.
